Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience with PTC and Creo.
• Basic experience as an SAP user.
• Advanced IT knowledge in both hardware and software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize.
• Enjoys working independently and proactively.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and improvement of internal processes.
• Ensure CAD and PDM systems are available and updated.
• Provide first-level support to colleagues.
• Test new application versions and support upgrades.
• Create and update user documentation and training materials.
• Act as a technical lead for CAD power users.
