Job summary

Vomela is a full-service visual communications company seeking a CAD Operator to prepare, modify, and refine computer-aided designs to support production and project requirements. Location: Onsite role in St. Paul, MN.

You will create and edit complex CAD designs, interpret specifications, simulate projects with CAD tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project needs. A high school diploma is required; an associate degree in drafting or CAD is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree in drafting, CAD, or similar field is preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software with the ability to learn new programs.
• Strong understanding of design principles and drafting techniques.
• Experience working in Mechanical Design.
• Experience creating dies.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit complex CAD designs with precision and accuracy.

Pay Range: $60,000 - 70,000 USD/annually
