Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Surveying or Geomatics.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, processing, and archiving point cloud data.
• Assist in interpreting point clouds, construction documents, and survey data to develop 2D and 3D maps and models using Revit, Civil 3D, Cyclone, and related software.
• Participate in quality control reviews to verify point cloud and model accuracy against survey control.
• Assist in creating conceptual models, visualizations, photorealistic renderings, fly-throughs, and other materials to support project and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and archive point cloud files from field project team members.
• Compile, register and publish point cloud data using Leica Register 360.
• Interpret point clouds, construction documents, and survey data sources to create 2D/3D maps and models.
• Verify point cloud and model accuracy to survey control.
• Create conceptual models, photorealistic renders, fly-throughs, and other marketing materials.
