Job summary

1st St NW Technical Staffing is seeking a CAD Manager in Wisconsin to lead a 9-person CAD team. The role involves coordinating with engineers and manufacturing, creating and maintaining technical drawings, and managing CAD-related projects.

A strong background in mechanical drafting/design and proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD are required. Direct-hire position with a very competitive full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechanical Drafting/Design or related field.
• Experience designing HVAC, structural, sheet metal, or fabrication equipment.
• SolidWorks proficiency.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Experience leading teams and projects.
