Insight Global is seeking a CAD Manager for a top engineering client in Florida. You will lead CAD operations, uphold drafting standards, and ensure efficient workflows across projects.

You will mentor the CAD team, collaborate with engineering and project management to meet deadlines and deliver accurate designs, while driving process improvements and compliance with industry standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Technical Certificate or Associate Degree in Computer-Aided Drafting.
• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD and drafting techniques.
• 6+ years of drafting experience.
• 1-2+ years of CAD team management experience.
• Working knowledge of structural and basic electrical systems.
• Strong analytical and 3D visualization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee CAD operations across projects to ensure high-quality drafting standards and efficient workflows.
