Job summary

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor International Corporation in Pearland, TX seeks a CAD Engineer to deliver high‑quality 2D/3D designs and detailed drawings to support manufacturing, repair, and service operations. Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and SolidWorks (3D) drafting and modeling.
• Ability to perform basic reverse engineering from physical parts and measurements.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a hands‑on shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop 2D/3D designs and detailed drawings to support manufacturing, repair and service operations.
• Create OEM and O‑OEM drawings; perform reverse engineering from physical components.
• Prepare drawing packages, BOMs and inspection records; maintain archives and document control.
