Job summary

Qualifications

• CAD-related AS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience as CAD Drafter/Technician.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong math skills and proficiency with AutoCAD (2010+) and 3D thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contacting the customer at project start-up and building a professional relationship.
• Developing and proposing construction joint layouts and sequences.
• Creating drawing submittal schedules based on project requirements and monitoring progress.
• Identifying construction problems and implementing solutions.
• Producing installation drawings and calculations per contract documents.
• Applying revisions to drawings and calculations per comments or revisions.
