The chosen candidate will be responsible for producing and maintaining residential working drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software. Lennar is seeking a CAD Drafter to be responsible for production and maintenance of residential working drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software platforms. Applicant must be skilled in AutoCAD and Revit software and have a working knowledge of Single Family and Multi Family Residential construction.

Responsibilities:
Using AutoCAD, must be able to produce and maintain multiple projects at one time.
Maximize team productivity and deliver professional integrity.
May be asked to review and approve the work of third-party design consultants.
Present work in a manner to ensure satisfaction or make revisions as necessary.
Knowledge in all of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
Perform a variety of tasks and offer extensive problem-solving skill-set.
Ensure architectural work is completed on time.
Maintain CAD standards and specifications.
Knowledge of code compliance in all jurisdictions; city, county, state, international.
Prepare CAD drawing for submittals, permit approvals, field change orders, construction documents.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Two (2) years of experience in drafting/design for high-volume production homebuilding operation.
Two(2) – four(4) years AutoCAD (or higher) experience in Architectural discipline preferred.
Associate’s degree or higher in Architecture, Drafting/Design or related discipline
Valid driver’s license
Intermediate to advanced computer skills – Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be able to perform accurate, consistent and detail-oriented work with simultaneously deadlines
Must be highly motivated
Must be able to handle constructive feedback and work in a team environment
