Job summary

Wilson Engineers, LLC in Tempe, AZ seeks an experienced CAD Drafter to join our Civil/Municipal team. You will develop and revise water and wastewater design plans using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and REVIT for pipelines, treatment facilities, and storage facilities.

You will collaborate with engineers to deliver constructible designs, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced office environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in CAD or related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD (version 2010 or higher).
• Proficiency with REVIT.
• Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

As a high-growth firm, Wilson Engineers offers the opportunity to work on impactful and technically challenging projects alongside a talented and passionate team. We are seeking an experienced CAD Drafter to join our team in our Tempe, Arizona office

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to develop, maintain, and revise structural, mechanical, civil, and electrical design plans for water and wastewater infrastructure, including pipelines, treatment plants, and water storage facilities.
• Apply strong spatial visualization and 3D modeling skills to produce accurate, constructible engineering designs.
• Manage multiple design assignments in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work and meeting project deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers and project teams, using strong written and verbal communication skills to support successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Qualified candidates will have CAD related Associate’s Degree (preferred), OR equivalent work experience as a CAD Drafter/Technician
• Proficiency with AutoCAD (version 2010 or higher)
• Proficiency with REVIT
• Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D
• Possess strong organizational skills
