Job summary

Mountain Plains, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented technical professional to provide expert support to our land and engineering departments. The successful candidate will draft using Civil 3D and AutoCAD, process field survey data, and develop comprehensive survey plans.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree of Applied Science in Design & Drafting Technology or CAD Certification, required.
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
  • High-level computer and technical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must pass drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to process and draft using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
  • Download field survey data from data collectors.
  • Create final survey plans that include existing conditions, certified plot plans, topographic plans, subdivision plans, and ALTA plans.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task on a variety of projects and meet deadlines within time constraints.
  • Create preliminary and/or final sketch of proposed drawings, using CAD/drafting equipment.
