Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a CAD Designer to join our client’s engineering team in a hands-on role. You will create and modify CAD models and drawings to support manufacturing projects, while assisting engineers and production staff with drafting tasks.

You will also help with tolerance analysis and ensure drawings align with drafting standards, collaborating across designers, engineers and shop personnel. This position is onsite, with a Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CAD drafting and creating/ modifying engineering drawings.
• Experience with precision measuring tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify CAD models and engineering drawings supporting manufacturing projects.
• Assist engineering and manufacturing teams with drafting and design activities.
• Support tolerance analysis and update drawings as needed.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and production personnel to ensure design accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with company drafting standards and procedures throughout project lifecycle.
