Job Summary: If you are a passionate Civil professional with a strong background in land development, and possess advanced skills in technical software's like AutoCAD/Civil3D/MicroStation/H&H, we have exciting opportunities for you to contribute your expertise and be part of.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Collaborate with our highly skilled civil and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative private & public sector designs and plans.
  • Utilize your proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation and other software's to create accurate and visually appealing engineering drawings, site plans, grading plans, and profiles.
  • Employ expertise in land development design, stormwater management, hydrology, grading, and erosion control to ensure the sustainability and resilience of our client's projects.
  • Conduct thorough site investigations and feasibility studies, evaluating land suitability and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, precise cost estimates, and comprehensive construction documents.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local regulations, codes, and industry standards throughout the design and construction phases.
  • Stay updated of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance your land development capabilities through the use of company training resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or 2+years experience in civil related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desired for Sr Positions, will evaluate all levels of experience.
  • Minimum [2] years of experience specializing in public or private sector engineering projects.
  • Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD and Civil 3D software to develop engineering designs and plans. Other technical skillsets like HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, FLO-2D, MicroStation, RISA, etc. are encouraged to apply as well!
  • Solid understanding of professional experience principles, stormwater management, grading, and erosion control techniques. (EIT/PE)
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex engineering challenges.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously (PM positions).
  • Familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
