Abbott in Plymouth, MN, is seeking a CAD Designer II to join the Electrophysiology (EP) team. You will support engineers with CAD models and drawings for medical devices, fixtures, and tooling in a fast-paced environment.
Under moderate supervision, you will generate 3D models in SolidWorks, ensure standards compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust designs and documentation.

This position works out of our Plymouth, MN location in the EP division. In Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) business, we’re advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives. Under moderate supervision, the CAD Designer II supports engineers and technicians in the creation and revision of CAD models and/or detailed drawings for medical devices, fixtures, and tooling. This is an hourly position and the pay for this role will be $32-36 per hour. The base pay for this position is $21.55 – $43.05/hour In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
