Job summary

L.B. Foster Company in Tennessee is seeking a CAD Designer I to design and draft precast concrete vault buildings and utility products using AutoCAD. You will produce detailed drawings and submittal packages supporting manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Drafter certification preferred.
• 0-2 years’ experience in industrial design.

Responsibilities

• Produce precast concrete vaulted building design and detailing using AutoCAD.
• Create submittal packages, proposal drawings and production drawing sets.
• Produce Bill of Materials from Manufacturing Instructions and drawings.
• Provide continual improvement suggestions as part of a collaborative team.
• All other duties as assigned.
