Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Lumber and Building material industry.
• Experience with CAD software, specifically Soft Plan.

Responsibilities

• Design Projects for customers.
• Respond to customer requests and explain products.
• Prepare quote of building materials from design software.
• Identify material requirements by studying proposals and blueprints.
• Provide displays and brochures to customers.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints & documents

Ability to use point of sale and estimating software

Good interpersonal skills

Knowledge of building materials and products
