Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Charleroi, PA is seeking a Designer/Draftsman to produce layouts, assemblies and BOMs using CAD systems. You will redesign equipment, prepare detailed drawings, and collaborate with Design Supervisors, QA and manufacturing to meet ISO standards.

The role requires 3–5 years drafting experience, strong communication, and familiarity with AutoCAD/Inventor. Onsite position offering benefits including health, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in drafting and design.
• Extensive knowledge of drafting standards, symbols, nomenclature, and BOMs.
• Proficient in layout and detail drafting techniques using CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes CAD to develop designs, layouts, assemblies and BOMs.
• Produces complex drawings and details, updating as needed for changes.
• Ensures drawings meet QA, ISO standards and project timelines.
• Collaborates with Design Supervisors, Engineering, QA and Manufacturing.
