Job Title: CAD Designer

Position Summary

Seeking a highly creative CAD Designer to develop original artwork and prints for multiple women's fashion brands. This role requires a strong eye for color, trend forecasting, and fashion aesthetics, along with advanced technical design skills. The ideal candidate will create innovative artwork from concept to final production while collaborating closely with design, merchandising, and product development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original print, pattern, and graphic artwork from concept through production.
• Develop seasonal print collections aligned with each brand's aesthetic and target customer.
• Research fashion, color, and market trends to inspire new artwork concepts.
• Produce production-ready CADs, repeats, placements, and colorways.
• Create and maintain print presentations for design reviews.
• Collaborate with Design Directors and cross-functional teams to ensure artwork supports seasonal assortments.
• Adjust artwork based on feedback while maintaining brand identity.
• Prepare files and artwork packages for overseas vendors and production teams.
• Ensure accuracy of color, scale, and repeat specifications throughout development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 4+ years of CAD, textile, or print design experience in women's apparel.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of print development, color theory, and textile design.
• Ability to identify and interpret emerging fashion and color trends.
• Highly creative with the ability to generate original artwork from the ground up.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience working with contemporary women's apparel brands preferred.
