Job summary

AfterQuery Experts is seeking CAD professionals for remote, project-based work involving 3D modeling and technical drafting. Expect a flexible 10–20 hour weekly commitment, with projects assigned as they come.

You’ll complete modeling, drafting, and design-review tasks, delivering clean models and drawings to professional standards. This role emphasizes independent work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet project deadlines while contributing to a growing startup-backed research

Qualifications

• Professional experience in CAD design, drafting, or mechanical/product design.
• Strong proficiency in at least one major CAD platform (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, CATIA, NX, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to produce clean, well-structured models and drawings to professional standards.

• Complete a variety of CAD modeling and design tasks on a project-by-project basis.

Job description

This is a remote, project-based role for CAD professionals with hands-on experience in 3D modeling and technical drafting. Work is asynchronous and flexible, with an expected commitment of 10–20 hours per week for the projects you accept. Specific project details are shared with accepted experts.
