Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers in Columbia, SC is seeking a Dental Lab CAD Designer to design full-arch dental restorations using 3Shape or Exocad. You’ll collaborate with prosthodontists and lab teams to deliver implant-based prosthetics that restore function, esthetics, and confidence for patients.

You should be proficient with digital design workflows, meet tight production timelines, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3Shape/Exocad dental design software.
• Understanding of full-arch restoration setups & terminology.
• Knowledge of occlusal principles in dental prosthetics.
• Familiarity with full-arch hybrid restorations, dentures & overdentures.
• Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, materials and esthetics.
• Excellent computer, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Design full-arch interim restorations from doctor prescriptions.
• Interpret scanned dentition models and import into CAD systems.
• Collaborate with clinical and laboratory teams for accuracy.
• Participate in continuous improvement of CAD workflows and processes.
• Assist with analog lab functions as needed.
• Maintain strong working relationships and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Meet production timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and precision.

What You’ll Do

• Design full-arch interim dental restorations based on doctor prescriptions using 3Shape or Exocad software
