• Draw surveys, plats, topographic maps, and worksheets; create surfaces and points.
• Utilize GIS for property research.
• Research rights-of-way, easements, and deeds from the Register of Deeds and other sources.

Responsibilities:Employ Civil 3D, Deed Reader Pro, and other software to draw surveys, plats, topographic maps, and worksheets; and create surfaces and points.Utilize GIS for property research.Ability to research rights-of-way, easements, and deeds from the Register of Deeds and other sources.Draw As-builts and be able to compare to the plans.Determine buffers and setbacks.Create paperspace layouts as needed.Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years Survey Drafting experience is required, or a combination of experience and education such as an Associate's degree (A.
