Job summary

EVONA is seeking an experienced Drawing & CAD Design Checker – GD&T Specialist to review and verify engineering drawings and 3D CAD models for complex mechanical products. You will ensure drawing accuracy, GD&T compliance, and manufacturability while collaborating with design, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design checking, CAD detailing, or senior drafting within a highly regulated engineering environment.
• Expert knowledge of ASME Y14.5 GD&T (GDTP certification is a plus).
• Proficiency with CATIA V5/V6, Creo, or Siemens NX; MBD/PMI experience preferred.
• Experience with tolerance stack-ups and PLM/PDM systems such as Windchill or Teamcenter.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams.
