Job Summary:
The CAD/CAM Technician position is accountable utilizing software to produce technical drawing and production drawings for fabrication. The role also applies CAM techniques to prepare programs for manufacturing, contributing directly to the realization of engineering designs in the production process.
Essential Functions:
The CAD/CAM Technician candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of CNC setup experience or equivalent experience. Experience with Solidworks is required, and RADAN, Streambend, ARtube, woodWop and PLANAR is preferred. For the right candidate without experience, consideration may be given to train for the position and will be at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.
