Job summary

Fresno City College is seeking a part-time Computer Aided Manufacturing instructor to join its CAM/CAD program. The instructor will teach at the Fresno City College campus and off-site community locations, delivering instruction on Mastercam, Fusion 360, CNC operation, and CAM programming.

The candidate should possess the required degree and related experience, with strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software, CNC safety, and the ability to draw complete working drawings with tool lists and mill

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with two years related professional experience or an associate degree with six years related professional experience.
Valid California Community College credential.
Equivalent education/experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

Instructing CAM/CAD principles on Fresno City College campus and off-site locations.
Cover Mastercam, Fusion 360, and Mastercam for SolidWorks, CNC operation, and CNC machine setup.
Develop teaching materials and working drawings with tool lists and mill specs.
Maintain SLOs and documents for CAM classes and report on technical progress.
Setup CNC Mill/Lathe for student projects and troubleshoot CNC programs in lab.
Some duties may occur in evenings, weekends, or online as needed.
