Job summary

Nelson Connects is seeking a CAD/CAM Data File Validation Engineer (Contract) to review CAD/CAM files for quality and completeness over a 3-month engagement. You will manually validate datasets, ensure accuracy, and document findings, collaborating across teams to improve data review processes.

The role requires hands-on CAD/CAM software experience (Catia V5, Siemens NX, Creo, Mastercam, Fusion 360) and a meticulous approach to high-volume data reviews. Compensation is $65 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of CAD/CAM workflows, GD&T, file formats.
• Hands-on experience with Catia V5, Siemens NX, Creo, and Mastercam.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Fusion 360.
• Ability to perform systematic, high-volume data reviews.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
