Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field
• At least 11+ years of hands-on experience in CAD/CAE applications development, support, and maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience coordinating with software vendors or internal IT
• Ability to work in rotational shifts as required by the role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of planning and driving support transitions for engineering application support teams
• Experience with license server management and optimizations
• Familiarity with cloud-based or virtualized engineering environments
• ITIL certification or familiarity with service management practices
• Scripting or automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash)
