What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
- Create high-level design artifacts and deliver high-quality code for various modules
- Perform regular system maintenance, including updates and license management
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure application usage
- Participate in application testing and validation as part of change control processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in mechanical, electrical, computer science, system engineering, or related field; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
- At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in system administration for Electrical/PCB systems on Windows and Linux OS
- Strong expertise in maintaining Electrical/PCB/RF design and analysis software
- Ability to troubleshoot system problems and recommend preventative solutions
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required by the role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Scripting or automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Proven experience in identifying and implementing continuous improvement ideas
- Knowledge of cloud-based or virtualized engineering environments
- ITIL certification or familiarity with service management practices
- Strong ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
