Job summary

OceanWave Maritime in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to create detailed technical drawings and plans for building design projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure designs are functional, safe and code-compliant.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit. Visa sponsorship is covered for international candidates; accommodation isn’t provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
Knowledge of building codes regulations and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD.
