The Wings Center is offering a paid graduate practicum for master’s-level Counselor Interns and Clinical Psychology Externs in Georgia. Reports to the Clinical Director, with CACREP-aligned training and over 700 total hours.

Competenze

• Must have completed the equivalent of at least one year of graduate training in counseling, psychology, or a closely related field.
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must comply with professional codes of ethics and policies of the center.

Mansioni

• Conduct intakes, referrals, and develop treatment plans for new clients.
• Maintain a caseload of up to 15 clients with weekly or biweekly sessions.
• Co-lead or lead at least one support or therapy group.
• Maintain administrative and clinical documentation for caseload management.
• Provide consultative services to staff, pastors, or community members.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and supervision with licensed clinicians.
