You will work a 40-hour week with occasional overtime, and employees can access the shop on weekends with permission. Starting compensation aligns with industry norms; PTO is provided, but health insurance is not offered.

Job Description

Cache River Mill & MetalWorks is seeking a skilled and experienced Wood Craftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for woodworking, excellent attention to detail, strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

40 hr workweek, occasional OT

Employees can use the shop on the weekends with permission

Start mid-twenties, cost of living low, no health insurance but there is paid time off
