This role requires a high school diploma, ability to read/write English (Spanish a plus), and the ability to stand and lift heavy loads. Shift is 6:45 pm to 7:00 AM; pay is $21.84-$23.24 per hour. Southwire offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write and speak English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to stand and lift heavy loads for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision and communicate with supervisor and peers.
• Complete production orders to customer specifications and deliver quality products on time.
• Inspect machines and verify operation quality.
• Place scrap into designated bins.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
