Advanced Digital Cable LLC in Blairsville, GA is seeking a Cabling Machine Operator to join our high-tech manufacturing team. You will be responsible for assembling, twisting, and cabling primary conductors, ensuring the structural integrity of our cables and maintaining strict quality standards.

The role requires reading instructions, using calipers, and working safely with Lockout/Tagout procedures. Multiple shifts are available with competitive pay starting at $22 per hour plus shift

• Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex work instructions and job travelers.
• Mathematical Aptitude: Proficiency in using precision measuring tools like calipers and cutters.
• Communication: Strong oral communication skills with a focus on active listening and seeking clarification.
• Professionalism: A consistent track record of punctuality, accountability, and meeting productivity standards.
• Adaptability: The ability to multi-task and pivot between different product setups as production needs change.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, machinery, and varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble: Twist and cable primary conductors together using specialized industrial equipment.
• Verify: Act as your own "Quality Inspector" by measuring diameters and gauges with calipers.
• Document: Keep perfect records of your work to ensure every reel meets our high standards.
• Lead: Maintain your workspace and ensure products are wrapped and ready for the next stage of production.
• Safety: Follow proper safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and the use of PPE.
