Northrop Grumman is seeking a Cable & Wire Harness Technician 2 - Second Shift to support our Tactical Space Systems Division located in Gilbert, AZ. This position entails the fabrication and assembly of complex Space flight cable and harness assemblies from drawings, schematics, wire lists, or engineering sketches in conformance with government specifications and workmanship standards. Assembly is performed in a professional atmosphere in a ESD and FOD awareness area. Daily work attire includes lab coat and latex gloves at all times. Regular use of soldering iron, tweezers, heat gun and other common hand tools.

Salary Range: $45,800 - $76,300
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
