Job summary

Shine is seeking a reliable team member to help manufacture cable assemblies, wire systems, and related products. This hands-on role follows established production procedures and checks completed work for quality to ensure every unit meets our standards.

You will use hand tools and basic production equipment, attach wires and electronic components, perform soldering tasks as needed, and collaborate with coworkers to meet production goals in a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing quality work.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions.
• Reliable, productive, and willing to learn new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build cable assemblies, wire systems, and other products according to diagrams, specifications, and work instructions.
• Operate hand tools and basic production equipment to complete assembly work.
• Attach wires and electronic components, performing soldering tasks as needed.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with coworkers to meet production goals and maintain a safe, organized work area.
