Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift and walkie license mandatory.
• Experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in a metal fabrication environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Set up the cable machine and adjust tension, speed and settings.
• Cut and spool cables of various sizes with cutting machinery.
• Track cable footage and update stock cards.
• Inspect spooled cable for defects and quality.
• Package finished product (straps and skid).
• Operate forklift to pick and store cable.
• Follow production schedules and safety protocols.
