Job description

Bizlink Technology is seeking a Cable Harness Test Technician to work at one of our locations in Fremont, CA. This is a full time, direct hire position with a starting pay of $22-$25 an hour based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Tester is responsible for testing cables on our Cirrus tester.

Additionally, this Tester:

• Will test cable assemblies as drawings and specifications dictate, and provide test reports as required.
• Has the responsibility to track testing activity in support of production schedules, the timely testing and processing of jobs through the department and assure accuracy and quality of all products tested.
• Will evaluate the condition of test tools and equipment and report non- conformance to the supervisor.

All employees must comply with the Compliance Policy and report concerns. Escalate any observed breaches of the Code of Conduct or regulatory obligations through the designated reporting channels (e.g., whistleblowing hotline).

ASSESSMENT:

Individual will be assessed on their ability to correctly test cables, have good communication skills in the area of reporting, and accuracy.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• One or more years as a cable tester.

SKILLS:

• Must be able to read and understand cable drawings and specifications.
• Must have a basic knowledge of quality and test standards.
