Team Fishel in Columbus, Ohio is hiring Technicians (and Technician/Foreman) for our Columbus Technologies Group. The role focuses on planning and leading crews, supporting low voltage technologies, security, and fiber optic installations.

You will ensure infrastructure meets standards, manage tools and inventory, follow safety rules, and coordinate material staging with multiple vendors. A high school diploma and BICSI Technician certification preferred; bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Polished professional image with strong verbal and written communications.
• Working knowledge of structured cabling systems, including fiber optic installation and security.
• A passion to be a team player in the technologies business.
• Solid knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
• BICSI certified as a Technician.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead crews on projects.
• Ensure infrastructure installation and equipment meet standards.
• Maintain tool and supply inventory on company vehicle.
• Adhere to safety rules and customer policies.
• Coordinate material staging with multiple vendor resources.
• Perform project punch list and final walkthroughs with customers.
• Ensure timely project closeout documentation.
