Job summary

UpTalent seeks a skilled technician to perform ESP cable builds, repairs, and high voltage testing. You will splice, spool, and repair ESP cables, and ensure accurate testing documentation.

The role requires basic electrical troubleshooting, reading/writing English, and a customer-first mindset. Training is available for candidates with related mechanical/electrical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience installing, repairing ESP cable preferred (not required).
• General mechanical or electrical aptitude can be trained.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for electrical equipment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word and Excel).
• Ability to read and write English.

Pay Rate:$20-$23/hr. DOE.

Hours:Day Shift: 6 AM-6 PM.

Rotation: 11 days on / 3 days off, every other Fri/Sat/Sun.
