We're hiring experienced Low Voltage Technicians for long-term, high-rise commercial construction projects. These are large-scale builds in downtown urban coresideal for skilled techs who take ownership of their work and thrive in fast-paced, team-driven environments.

We're looking for individuals with a strong background in structured cabling, fiber or copper terminations, and commercial installations. Job Overview

As a Low Voltage Technician specializing in structured cabling and security systems, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and service of low voltage infrastructure in high-rise building office towers, residential towers, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

Structured Cabling & Infrastructure:

• Install, terminate, and test fiber optic and copper cabling in new construction high-rise environments
• Perform tenant improvements and troubleshoot existing cabling systems
• Install racks, patch panels, wireless access points, and network hardware
• Build out IDF/MDF closets, and install pathways using j-hooks, ladder racks, and innerduct
• Ensure all cabling is clean, organized, labeled, and in compliance with NEC, ANSI/TIA, and site standards
• Interpret blueprints, submittals, and riser diagrams to execute cable pathways and device locations
• Complete job documentation including timesheets, daily reports, and test results

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on commercial high-rise towers, office complexes, and large multi-floor projects
• Fiber splicing and OTDR testing skills a plus
• Termination of Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, and fiber (SC, LC, ST)
• Proficiency in installing and labeling faceplates, device IDs, and cable trays
• Familiar with finish work and trim-out in polished commercial interiors
• Experience with security devices such as cameras, access control panels, and motion sensors is a plus
