Job summary

Marmon Industrial Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a Specification Engineer to own product definitions, BOMs, and performance requirements for wire and cable products. You will translate customer specifications into manufacturable docs and ensure compliance with industry standards and validation needs.

Based on Pearl, this on-site role requires coordinating with Design Engineering and Engineering Leadership to validate materials, tolerances, and test protocols while guiding changes through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience creating, interpreting, and maintaining engineering specs and BOMs.
• Knowledge of wire and cable industry standards (UL/IEC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved designs and customer specs into manufacturable product definitions.
• Create, maintain, and control BOMs with material specs and tolerances.
• Lead NPI for the Pearl facility and collaborate with Design Engineering and Leadership.
