Stryker Corporation is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in Omaha. You will assemble mechanical and electrical components, install wiring per specifications, test and troubleshoot assemblies, and help ensure our products meet quality and customer requirements.

The role emphasizes safe operation, adherence to 5S standards, and collaboration with engineering and production to address design or process issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Previous mechanical or electrical assembly experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components for motor-driven reels.
• Perform wiring installations and connect color-coded wires per schematics.
• Test, adjust, and troubleshoot assemblies.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
