• Engineering degree required with mechanical or electrical focus.
• 2–3 years of engineering experience in cable manufacturing.
• Strong analytical mindset and proven project management capability.
• Working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to reduce cost, bottlenecks, and improve productivity.
• Define designs/specs, secure approvals, purchase, install, and commission improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve day-to-day issues and surface long-range opportunities.
• Design and deploy programs to lower manufacturing cost, improve quality, and reduce scrap.
• Create operating instructions and standardize tooling and equipment.
