Job summary

UpTalent is seeking a manufacturing associate to support the production of electrical submersible pump cable and rubber molded products. The role requires operating specific work centers, monitoring equipment, and maintaining accurate documentation while following safety procedures.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of mechanical or manufacturing experience, with forklift experience preferred. The position involves lifting 10–50 lbs and standing for extended periods, with all three shifts

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of mechanical and/or manufacturing experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 10–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must understand safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate specific work center, work center equipment and/or tasks under normal supervision.
• Monitor assigned equipment and perform adjustments as needed.
• Communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.
• Maintain accurate documentation and process records.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental policies and wear PPE as required.
• Work 3 shifts, rotate as needed and assist with inventories.
