Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Willing to work rotating 12‑hour schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to meet pre-employment and work authorization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor cable manufacturing equipment
• Perform product quality checks and report issues when identified
• Follow standard work, safety procedures, and production instructions
• Support line start‑up, changeovers, and routine production tasks
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials for production
• Complete production records and use computer systems as needed
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
