Bluefin Innovations is seeking a Cable Harness Assembly Technician to support a current product development effort in the design and prototyping phase. This role is ideal for a hands‑on technician with cable assembly experience who can build wire harnesses, follow assembly documentation, and support engineering teams as products move from design into production.

This is a junior to mid-level position; we are not seeking a highly tenured specialist, but someone with a solid foundation in cable

Competenze

• 1-5 years of hands-on experience building wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
• IPC certified preferred, comfortable following assembly documentation.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics and work instructions.
• Comfortable in a hands-on development environment supporting design-to-production transition.
• Able to contribute to prototype and low-volume production builds.

• Build and assemble wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electro‑mechanical subassemblies.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform cable cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, terminating, and connector installation.

• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and workmanship.

Position Overview

Bluefin Innovations is seeking a Cable Harness Assembly Technician to support a current product development effort in the design and prototyping phase. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
