Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency using hand tools for assembly.
• Experience soldering and terminating components for cable/harness assemblies.
• Ability to read and follow diagrams, schematics, or blueprints.
• Knowledge of quality control practices, including visual inspection and basic measurement.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in electronics/manufacturing is a plus.
• Must follow detailed instructions and meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cable assemblies and harnesses per work instructions and drawings.
• Use hand and power tools to perform mechanical assembly, soldering, and terminating components.
• Inspect parts for defects or deviations from specifications.
• Follow production processes and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
