Schulte Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Cable Assembler II for the North Shore, MA area. This full-time, first-shift role involves building and repairing cable assemblies in a clean manufacturing environment with hands-on cable assembly, wiring, and soldering experience.

The position requires reading technical drawings, precise measurement, and meticulous workmanship. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with pay between $21 and $23 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in cable assembly or related manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Assemble cable and wire harnesses based on prints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Measure and cut wire, cable, and insulation to required lengths.
• Perform wire termination and crimping (manual and machine-assisted).
• Solder connectors, terminals, and plugs.
• Inspect finished products and repair rejected assemblies as needed.
