As a Cabinkeeper, you will clean and prepare cabins to brand standards, make beds, and maintain spaces for guest comfort. This role emphasizes independence, attention to detail, and friendly service in a hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive hospitality-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare cabins, patios, and public spaces to brand standards.
• Make beds and replace linens, towels, toiletries, and guest amenities.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, furniture, windows, floors, and fixtures.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all cabin areas.
• Inspect cabins for cleanliness, maintenance needs, and safety concerns.
• Report maintenance issues and damaged or missing items promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment, carts, laundry, and supply inventory.
• Provide friendly, courteous service while respecting guest privacy.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the property.

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel ownership, development, and hospitality management company, is seeking a Cabinkeeper to join our team at Postcard Cabins by Marriott Blake Brook, NH.

Our cabins offer guests a peaceful retreat to reconnect with nature. As a Cabinkeeper, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by ensuring every cabin is clean, comfortable, and guest-ready.

What You'll Do

• Clean and prepare cabins, patios, and public spaces to brand standards.
• Make beds and replace linens, towels, toiletries, and guest amenities.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, vacation rental, Airbnb, or residential cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Safely use cleaning equipment, ladders, and cleaning products.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
