Job summary

Closet Factory & Wall Beds of Oregon designs, manufactures and installs custom closets, home offices, garages and more. The production team builds wood parts, operates CNC and edge banding equipment, and ensures quality before shipment to customers.

Training is provided in a family-owned environment with steady year-round work. We’re looking for hands-on operators with cabinetry experience, tool proficiency, and a valid driver’s license to join a full-time, permanent role with early hours and

Qualifications

• Experience with basic hand tools.
• 1 year of production cabinetry experience.
• 32mm line boring machine experience.
• CNC operation experience.
• Edge bander operation experience.
• Laminate countertop fabrication desirable.
• Stain/paint/finish experience.
• Must work Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm, overtime as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare each job and check it for accuracy and quality before it is sent to the client’s home for installation.
• Manufacture wood parts for the complete product line in the factory.
• Operate basic hand tools and assist with finishing and assembly as needed.

Closet Factory & Wall Beds of Oregon, provides custom storage solutions for space organization throughout the home. We design, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves and more. Our products are of the highest quality. We have been in business for over 25 years. We have experienced substantial, long‑term growth and as a result are searching for another member to add to our close‑knit team of people to manufacture our products.

Our factory produces all of the wood parts to our complete product line using the 32-millimeter system. Members of our factory prepare each job and check it for accuracy and quality before it is sent to the client’s home for installation.
