Job summary

Mytikas Industries in Florence, Colorado, is seeking a Mid Level Journeyman Cabinet Shop Technician to perform cabinet construction and related woodworking tasks at our production facility.

You will read blueprints, install cabinets in modular homes, operate saws, routers and sanders, and collaborate with carpenters and designers to ensure precise, high-quality installations. Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; carpentry/cabinetry cert preferred.
• 2–3 years in cabinet installation or carpentry, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in cabinet construction techniques and woodworking processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and installation guidelines; safety-focused.
• Certifications in carpentry or cabinetry (AWI, CMA) preferred; OSHA training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install cabinets independently in modular homes with precision and efficiency.
• Ensure proper alignment, fit, and finish, meeting design specifications.
• Collaborate with carpenters, designers, and production teams to ensure quality installations.
• Construct wood components for cabinets independently, ensuring dimensional accuracy.
• Operate woodworking machinery and tools safely and efficiently (saws, routers, sanders).
• Read blueprints and installation guidelines; perform routine maintenance on tools.
