Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a cabinet technician to support residential remodeling projects on-site. You will arrive on-site in a logo’d shirt, follow the project manager's instructions, maintain a clean, efficient work area, and report progress daily to ensure timely completion.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00–$25.00, plus benefits such as 401(k), matching, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions with consistency and efficiency.
• Color matching ability required; color blind not permitted.
• Experience installing cabinet components (hinges, doors, drawers) and related hardware.

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a cabinet technician.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Arrive to jobsite on time in logo’d shirt and appropriate work clothing.
• Follow instructions given by project manager
• Follow Trustpoints on every job
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress
• Work quickly and efficiently (clients do not want us in their home any longer than needed)

Skills

• Stellar work ethic
• Able to follow directions without deviating
• Must be able to match colors (cannot be color blind)
• Able to drill for hinges
• Able to install doors and drawer fronts
• Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets

Additional Skills (preferred But Not Required)

• Prior experience in cabinet refacing
• Prior experience in cutting moldings
• Able to install crown molding

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
